What can i expect from therapy?

At this time, all therapy whether 1:1 or in a group setting will be conducted virtually due to Coronavirus. All sessions will be conducted through a HIPPA secure camera and instructions will be provided to each client as to how to access their portal for sessions. Sessions are 1 hour in length. Groups will begin in Spring 2021, feel free to request to be added to the waiting list.

Do I take insurance?

At this time I do not take insurance. All of my services are private pay. I do however work with a sliding fee scale for those who meet the standards.
